The workspace itself
An atrium is the space every room in a building opens onto. This one opens onto your mail, your conversations, your meetings, your files and your calendar — in one window, behind one sign-in, with nothing to install on your computer. On an Android phone there is an app as well.
Inside Atrium
No juggling accounts and no scattered links. Everything below lives behind the single sign-in you already have.
Your @cowork24.net address, read in the browser or in the mail app you already like.
Keep your work in one place, reach it from anywhere, and share it without email attachments.
Chat, call and share your screen with colleagues — without the conversation leaving your company's servers.
Open a document, spreadsheet or slide deck straight from your files and edit it in the browser — together, at the same time.
On your phone
It is the same Atrium — the same mail, chat, calls, files, calendar, contacts and tasks — wrapped in an app of its own. It exists for the few things a page in a browser cannot do on a phone. There is no iPhone version; on an iPhone the browser is still the way in.
Put the phone away mid-call and the call carries on. A browser stops the camera and the microphone for a page nobody is looking at.
Someone calling you arrives full-screen over the lock screen, the way a telephone call does.
A notification tells you who has written, without you going to look.
Save an attachment onto the phone, and attach something from it without leaving the app.
Signing in happens in your browser rather than inside the app, which is what lets a passkey sign you in.
The same page also lists Atrium for Android, which is the same app for other companies — it asks for your work address and finds their server from it. Here, install Cowork24 for Android.
Your other devices
In a browser there is nothing to set up at all. Two cases need a word of explanation: the mail app on your computer, and the one built into your phone.
Your workspace is already waiting in Atrium, in whichever browser you happen to be at — no servers, no ports, nothing to copy.
On Android, install the app — it is the whole workspace, not only mail. On an iPhone, or if you would rather install nothing, the browser does everything the app does apart from keeping a call alive in your pocket and ringing you when one arrives.
The mail app built into your phone cannot sign in through our single sign-on — it only offers the providers it already knows about. If you need that app specifically, email the admins: it needs a separate device password, which they will issue for you.
Thunderbird signs you in through the same single sign-on as everything else, so you never type your mail password into it — you just approve the sign-in in a browser window.
Thunderbird stores the outgoing server separately. If you set OAuth2 on the incoming server only, receiving will work and sending will fail — change both.
Your account
Change your password, turn on two-factor, see where you are signed in and create a password for a new device — without waiting on anyone.
Pick a new one whenever you want, or after you have shared a device.
Add a code from your phone so a stolen password is not enough.
See every active session and sign out the ones you do not recognise.
Install Cowork24 for Android from the Apps page, which always has the current version.

Built to be trusted
Your workspace runs on your company's own servers. Nothing here is rented from someone else's cloud.
The same account opens mail, files, calls and documents.
Turn on a code from your phone whenever you want.
Every connection to every service is protected with TLS.
Messages carry SPF, DKIM and DMARC so they are trusted on arrival.
Sign in with your work account and everything is already set up and waiting for you.
